radio reset error

radio reset error

2008 civic, new battery, insted of "enter code", which I have, radio displays "enter co".
tried disconnect battery for 1 hr, same message.
left radio on for 1 hr, same message.
any help?

The "CO" tells me someone already got a couple buttons pushed and now a partial code has been entered.

Slowly push number buttons til the radio beeps (for incorrect code entered) and returns to the starting point.

Then enter your 5 digit unlock code.
