Help pls
I bought a 2001 honda civic lx with a d17a1 block and a d17a2 head, we rebuilt the motor and now my throttle is locking out as if vtec failure, idk where to start and im already almost 2000 in the hole

The car's in limp mode? Do you still have the D17A1 engine harness and ECU?
