2004 Civic engine cutting out

My 2004 Honda Civic GLi (190,000km), the engine cuts out whilst driving, both when engine under load and idleing. I've replaced the fuel pump and filter, to no avail.

Engine starts and runs fine, no other symptoms.

Appreciate your insights to diagnose what's causing the engine to cutout. Ignition renewed a year ago, including new cam sensor, crank angle sensor and timing belt.

I am selling the car, so will be honest to new owner, just want to ensure a smooth transaction and not be beaten down on price.

Does it act like you turned the key off or like it runs out of gas? Everything else is still on when the engine dies?

Car starts fines, drives fine, but engine dies without notice, no stumble or hesitation, just shuts off.
Engine does not want to restart. Give it 5 minutes and engine finally startsup. Got me baffled.

Might be losing spark, no engine codes?

Not sure on losing spark.
A year ago i had the camshaft position sensor and cam angle sensor replaced when it lost spark. No codes showing.

Yes, believe you'd be correct.
Engine won't start, same issue as two years ago when needed camshaft sensor and crank angle sensor.
Mechanic repairs will cost more than what the car is worth.
Decided to scrap the car, not economically viable to repair.
