My vehicle has an aftermarket intake and exhaust. Seller indicated the thrown O2 code is resultant from "not tuning" after exhaust install. What all is that going to entail? Also stated that A/C and Heater do not work. Besides fuses and core, what else might this be caused by?

More questions to follow after these major points of concern are addressed.

Sounds like the car’s running a catless exhaust, so the tune would eliminate O2 readings.

Heater/AC function can be affected by pretty much every component of the system. Plugged lines/vents, inop. blowers, etc.

Is this a car you’ve purchased already? Your approach seems a bit backwards.
