2 mystery spacers while putting engine back together after new head gasket

Hey everyone I am really really hoping someone can help me out. I recently replaced the head gasket on my 2003 Honda Civic EX. While reassembling the engine I reached a point when I had 2 random spacers(from what they look like they are spacers) that I had sitting with the intake manifold bolts. However, the more I looked at the intake manifold, I don’t think those spacers go with it. I have been racking my mind trying to figure out where they go, but can not seem to figure it out. I was careful to label each bolt and nut I took out, but still seemed to mess this up. The pictures below are of one of the 2 spacers. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I do not recall any spacer like that on the D series.

Are those the bolt sleeves that are part of the plastic manifold? Did you notice that some mounting holes had the metal sleeves and others didn’t? I’m guessing here but worth a check.
