The drain plug on the bottom of the rad?
Stuck open or stuck closed?

Or buy a new radiator if you're concerned.

ohhh I didn’t know that until just now , trying to get the radiator out to extract and replace the plug

I don't think they make new plugs, just buy a new rad if you're really that concerned
