Flexible Joint Bolt Torque Spec

Flexible Joint Bolt Torque Spec

What is the recommended torque spec for the flexible joint bolt (the exhaust bolts with the spring)? I previously overtightened and broke one so I want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I attached images below for clarification. This is a 2005 Honda Civic.

Tight with a 3/8s ratchet, there's spring pressure pushing against it, you don't really have to worry about it.
