Re: Map/maf sensor
There is no MAF sensor in the 7th gen. If you installed an SRI, you shouldn't have had to touch the MAP sensor, since it's attached to the intake manifold.
If you did, in fact, unplug the map sensor and forget it, plug it back in, clear the code, and see if it comes back

It is important, but not drastically necessary...I just left mine plugged in and zip tied to a bracket until I finally took the intake apart and made a hole for it.
Re: Map/maf sensor
the light is on because you had the sensor unplugged....
disconnect your battery for 10 mins.....reconnect and start engine.....the light should be off

I have a 2004 Honda Accord 2.4L I want to install an cold air intake but I don't see a MAF sensor but I do have a MAP sensor. So I wanna know if my car have a MAF sensor? Cause I search but can't find anything

Re: Map/maf sensor
To answer your question, no it doesn't have a MAF, just a MAP.
