Bent rear main seal
Hey so I'm replacing the rear main seal on my 01 civic right now and after it was seated, I noticed that maybe I pressed too hard in one spot and the metal ring slightly bent at that point. (Shown in the picture) Is it okay or would you recommend popping in a new seal?

Considering how cheap a new one is and how much crap you have to remove to get at it I would buy a new one

I'd get a new. It's not like the easiest thing to get too.
