Engine flush

Hey all.... my 05 EX Coupe got the CEL the other night, and my OBD II said it was a P2646. Before I go off and replsce the actuator and pressure switch, is there an engine flush I can perform in case there is some sludge? I'm afraid I acquired this car from some kid who was more into (poorly) attempting to mod it out than he was in proper maintenace like regular oil changes... *womp, womp*

As always, the help is appreciated!

Re: Engine flush

If you pull your current unit off, there is a screen.

If that screen is slugged up, then that might have been the issue.

Be prepared for the actuator to start seeping oil unless you replace the gaskets after removing it.
