2002 Hoda Civic EX 1.7 No V-tec Bogs on acceleration stalls runs rough

Been fighting with this car for months now. Just started losing power in the middle of driving it one day. All of a sudden went back to normal. I pulled tested and cleand the fuel injectors. Pulled the hole air intake cleaned it and the iec. I have replaced: up and down stream 02, Map sensor (does not have MAF) ignition coils, pcv valve and engine coolant sensor. The odd thing when i replaced the last it ran fine till i cut it off and didn't want to restart. It has progressively gotten worse to the point I can't drive it any more. The only codes i have gotten is to rich/ to lean bank 2. I have checked all the hoses and gaskets with the break cleaner trick (yeah i know bad for hoses but im desperate) no surge or stalls. So no leak im guessing. Been over hundreds 0f forum posts and videos (people like to not come back and say how they fixed the problem) and i have gotten no where. Please help i need this car.

Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? You'll need a fuel pressure tester.

I forgot something. Not sure ots a fuel pressure issues because it gives off the foul smell of unburnt gas. Ill still check it asap.
