Jerking when accelerating and decelerating
I have a 2003 Honda Civic LX 5-Speed that’s jerks hard whenever accelerating and decelerating most noticeable in 1st-3rd gear.
There is not CEL coming on.
What can this be?

Are you sure the check engine light works? (Have to ask)
misfiring? Clogged cat/exhaust restriction?
