dented rear main seal when installing...

dented rear main seal when installing...

I Install it right just some minor tap but I dont knoe what hsppened, when re-checking it after I saw this small light dent on the outer side edges of the seal, do I need to re replace this again?

Need opinion on this?

I would not expect any issues from that, even if you chunked off a bit it won’t leak unless you punch hole all the way through.
The inner lip is a different matter, one small nick on its edge will seep oil.
