ep3 02 type r heavy misfire/sputter 4krpm when warm

Im at full loss so i came here looking for advice.
First of the car worked fine 2 days ago. I had to replace my DC sports manifold with the stock for emission testing and also took the radiator off to install the front engine mount inserts.
After these the car started idling like crap, hunting between 1000 and 2000rpm. I took the TB off and it was all covered in black crap but cleaning didnt help this at all so i decided to just block the IACV completely since i needed the car to drive.

So, the main problem which happened also with the iacv on is that when the cars temperature reaches 80c (checking this from driving computer attached to the obd port), something happens and when driving on WOT it starts heavy misfire somewhere between 4000-5000rpm and then throws lots of white smoke from exhaust.
It keeps revving up quite slowly if i keep holding it but i dont want to break anything.

I tried disconnecting and connecting the tps while powered on to get the cel on and after that it worked like normal again. But instantly when i restart it doesnt anymore if its 80c+.

Any ideas? I got a k20z3 (or z4, honda says its z4 on the fn2 type r but internet says z3 for 201hp engine, dunno) fn2 type r engine dropped in and it doesnt post any CEL codes whatsoever.

Any ideas what could be the cause of this? I wouldnt want to just blindly buy sensors since each cost over 100€ a piece.

No codes at all, i have a scanner on it all the time.
Could a bad tps sensor give suchs behaviour? Mine is showing 0.4v on idle and 3.2v on wot. I read that they go bad very easily.

Just wondering which tps i got since there are 2 different types, one with the hole and other with the weird plastic thing that attaches on the metal "hook"

check for leaks on the header?
anything you touched before the problem happened could be culprit. Wiring that was bumped by accident?

weird to not have any codes. Plug an actual full scanner to see if there is not any data that would not trigger the engine light.
