wont run right

I have a 2002 Honda Civic ex 5 sp it will not go over about 2000 rpm the temp gauge n the rpm gauge doesn't work there's a green key flashing on dash and check engine light is on n won't read on obd tester I can get it up to 50 in 5th gear n it won't go over that can anyone tell me the problem

Your alternator mounting bolts are probably not tight, the alternator lost its grounding. (or powertrain grounds are bad, but the other is far more common cause)

Now it's fried the PCM because of that.

FIRST fix the alternator mountings, then see if it corrects the running problems.
If not, you will have to buy a PCM and have it programmed to the immobilizer system.

Ok and what do you mean on powertrain grounds and I will check the bolts on the alternator wen I get home

The big ground cable(s) that run from battery negative post to the transmission and/or engine., and to the body or chassis, and from the body to the engine/trans.

If you don't find and fix the root cause (usually alternator ungrounded), you will burn out the next PCM too. That gets expensive in a hurry.
