2001 Civic GX running lean with misfire code

2001 Civic GX running lean with misfire code
My Civic started running rough and popped the MIL. Codes set were:
P0302
P0303
P0304
I've checked plugs and moved injectors but still runs rough and noticed tonight that the exhaust manifold was glowing. So I am guessing that engine is running lean.
Any ideals of where to start looking?

Check the coils, upstream O2 sensor.
