I have this green connector under the steering column that was taped. What does it go to?. From research I guess it goes to the keyless system. Any info.

It shouldn't be for keyless entry, that is located below the radio.

What trim level is your Civic? I believe that connector is for power windows. There should be two connectors coming from the driver's door (if equipped with power windows)

I assume your power windows don't work?

The harness running through the side panel goes to the door. Is there another connector somewhere that's not plugged in? Maybe down behind that lower trim panel?

i have the same unplugged plug on my 02 ex and my windows work fine curious to see if this was figured out
