No Power to fuel pump

No Power to fuel pump
Hello all
I have an issue with no power to fuel pump.
2003 civic m/t
Looking for fuel pump relay. Looked behind glove box and there are only two relays a blue and brown. Everything I have seen the fuel pump are the two black relays to the right of the blue and brown ones. What am I missing.
If I put power to fuel pump at the pump connector with my power probe and jumping the ground the fuel pump kicks on. So the fuel pump works. Fuse #17 I believe is good. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all.

the key on the dash illuminates green when key is turned to the on position then goes out after 2-3 seconds
now I removed the ecu from behind glove box. And inspected reinstalled and no key light at all.
