Currently the Switch works to turn on the high beams and headlights. After replacing the relay and the signal switch the issue persists. I did change the radio unit but after changing the Turn Signals and Hazards would work but now they are not. One indicator would flash quickly on the inside so I know at least one bulb is bad but would two or more bad bulbs cause all of them to not work? Also there is a short to the passenger window wiring but when I had someone look at a diagram they did not seem to be connected to effect the turn signals and the motor for the window isn't even connected due to that just to be safe. The car in question is a 2002 Honda Civic EX. Any help or clarifying questions are appreciated. Thank you in advance. Additionally, the indicator inside the car does not work either
