I have a manual 2004 Honda Civic DX sedan that I recently bought. It had keyless entry (working with no problems). It had an aftermarket stereo in it already, so I wanted to update it further, got a new one installed and everything was great. There were no problems, then about a week or two after my passenger window stopped rolling up from my driver side control panel (The passenger side control switch is completely fine, rolls up and down with no problem). Then a couple days after that my keyless entry stopped opening and closing on my rear passenger and driver door, couple more days and now the manual switch doesn't work either (only the two doors, it works on the others). I figure the door actuator replacement first and if the problem isn't resolved, is it possible to override/replace the original keyless entry with a newer model with command start so I can up my keyless range and get command start? Then what do y'all figure with the window? Need a new driver control panel?

Check for broken wires in the door harnesses

Especially the driver's door harness in the area between the 2 hinges as this gets the most use over time. This issue has happened to me a couple of times now.
