2002 Honda Civic EX has no tail lights, headlights, or dash lights.

2002 Honda Civic EX has no tail lights, headlights, or dash lights.
So I recently came upon the issue of my low beams, tail lights, and dash lights randomly going out while driving. The blinkers, and high beams work fine. We have replaced the headlight switch, checked the relays, checked all the fuses under the hood and in the car. We have replaced the bulbs as well. The car seems to keep blowing fuse 2 for the tail lights. I am in a stump of what is going on. If anyone has any clue whats going on, I'd love some help.

Do you have an aftermarket stereo with the "dimmer" wire connected to the vehicle harness?

My car was doing this recently one of the tail light bulbs had gone bad and somthing inside the bulb was touching each other and made my fuses keep blowing I removed the bulb put in a new fuse to find the offending bulb.
