Dealership Said Condeser Damaged, Have Pics

Dealership Said Condeser Damaged, Have Pics
2016 Civic AC hasn't blown cold air for a while. There is a service bulletin for this issue: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...63796-0001.pdf.

Dealership denied warranty coverage because of the damage listed below

It looks like the front bumper has giant holes things can hit the condenser with naturally. Is the damage they said anything I can fight to get this covered? Thank you...

The gaps are for increased air flow for cooling - not so the condenser can be hit. That's simply an unfortunate biproduct.

Chances are you're SOL on this one.

Yeah the gaps are there for a reason. Get some quotes/install the condenser yourself if you don't want to pay the dealer price

you can close the holes, but i think it will overheat and cause way higher expenses
