2020 Civic Auto shift lever clicking sound
2020 Civic Auto shift lever clicking sound
I just got my 2020 Civic 1.5Turbo about a month ago. On the second day, I noticed that the auto shift lever has a clicking sound whenever I move it forwards. Went to the agent to get it fixed and they said they lubricated the lever and the sound did go away. Now, 1 week later, the clicking sound has come back when I shift the lever forward at each of the gears or neutral. I have attached a video of the clicking sound. I drove a similar civic rental 3 months ago and never heard this sound nor did i hear it in the all the cars I have driven in the past.
Have any civic owners noticed this in your car? I would like to get an idea if this is normal among the civic owners or a defect as my car was probably assembled during the COVID period.
