Under car neon is ILLEGAL at all times on public roads.....That being said I'm selling them installed for $225 including tax installed

what color do you want?.......I've got the basics.....blue, red, yellow, green, and I think white cant remember that one......the tube with cover is about 1.5inches in diameter, and you probably wont see the tube from the side, but I'm not totally sure on that one....never done one in a 2K1 Civic......PM if you want more info
