apparently, nobody cares to wait for details and assumes it was only the worst of me for doing it.
but yah.. suits me for writing a half-hearted msg. i'll go lick my wounds now.

Well this bumb native f#cker came in to Subway one day while I was eating my food with my boyz...and started ****...with a bunch of us..cuz he needed money..and was demading we drive him downtown...and then we were like "get the f#ck away from us you drunk" and then he pulled up his shirt and showed us a **** load of slash marks...and what not...and then...said..he was "tough" and that he was going to knife us...He said all this..while he was sitting at my table....
So we decided....after he got kicked out...to take him into the underground parking lot and beat the **** out of him....by telling him to come with us..cuz we would drive him....but he didn't...soo...we just drove for a bit..and well...I picked up a brick in the underground parking lot....(yes it was sitting there...it was half broken...) Then we drove to go look for him....as we drove..we saw his drunk buddie passed out on the park bench so I chucked my full pop at him..and soaked him....then we pulled up parallel to the bumb...and I side armed the brick and hit him square in the face....
I am not proud at all for what I did...even though I hate natives in a racial way...but I don't believe that anyone should have any physical harm done to them...for any reason unless you are directly defending yourself or your loved ones....I guess in a sence I could say I may have defeneded myself...since he did threaten to knife me and my friends....But what can I say...I was 16 and didn't really have my head on my shoulders...and all I could think of was fighting and causing trouble....
I hurt him pretty bad..cuz he droped faster than the brick hitting the ground...It's interesting how your aim becomes very very good...at times like that....I would never do anything violent like that again...and being 19 I have learned a lot of things in those 3 years...that have made me grow up very fast....
BTW: I believe in Karma (what goes around comes around) cuz well once we drove off...in a crazy rush after taking out that bumb....(this was in Calgary..now I am in Edmonton) My buddie crashed his Civic at Eau Claire Market.....so yeah....God or whoever is out there....tought us a worse leason....cuz when we hit that poll I didn't have my seat belt on and my air bags didn't come out....and it was a head on collision...
So man...you may just have some unpleasent things come back to you...ok....so never feel proud or happy for doing wrong to others...cuz I know I don't..and I will never have to again...feel that way..cuz I don't plan on doing wrong to helpless ppl....

I dunno...some bums are effing scams, and hella annoying at that. Whatever, it doesn't really matter....ppl do way worse things when they're drunk. No judgments here until you type in more info about the situation....

like AsianPride, I believe in Karma. so hope nothing bad will happen to ya.
imo, spatting at the bum is worse than punching him. Spatting is more humilating!
always be nice to ppl

I used to walk to and from work every day in downtown Kelowna... over the summer, the homeless and wanderers just drove me up the wall. In my 10 minute walk one way to/from work, I would get asked probably an average of 6 times for money. Sometimes they would give me these sob stories about how they can't afford a meal and occasionally I found it in my heart to actually offer them a meal (i never give them money... if they are to take charity from me I will decide how they use it)... its sad really, of the several wanderers who I offered complete balanced healthy meals to at a cafe less than a block away, 0 took me up on the offer... all they wanted was alcahol or drugs.
By the time the summer was out, I was so sick of homeless that I would snap at them when they asked me for money. I still do, occasionally... but spitting on them? that's just not right. I sincerely hope you had a decent reason for doing so... Cuz you know that homeless man once had a home, a family, a life... and now? he's spit on by a punk with a brand new car. I wouldn't be shocked in the least to learn that this bum you spit on finally reached the last straw and OD'd shortly after your encounter.
No props for you.

what does MY car have anything to do with his life?
in life you have choices and obviously this man made the wrong choice. i, in no way, had any influence over his decision in his past that brought him to where he is. do you understand exactly what a panhandler is doing? what is he doing to earn a cent of MY money? if he wants my money, he can go down to a food bank, hostile.. whatever.... i put money into the country ever friggin year and so have my parents for god knows how long. the least this guy could have done is kept out of my way, wheni was obviously NOT in a good mood and wasn't about to give him a dime, since he already asked me and tailed me for half a block.
until you can give me any friggin proof that i put him where he is and i should support one of his many obtrusive habits, i suggest you keep comments like that to yourself.
my family and myself have worked hard for what we have and to tell you the truth, when i didn't work hard the money i had, i shared it probably more than most of you who have criticized me. i ran into a lil dirty money in my life, but i also didn't believe i earned it, so i'd choose someone on the street who really did look like they'd use it to 'get home' or whatever and i'd personally hand them a fair share of the money.
again.. who are you to get on my back about this? you know nothing about me. you've most likely never met me, but suddenly you chose to be the greatest judge of me. get outside your ego for a second, sit back, shut up, and learn to listen rather than speak.
for those of you who waited for some sort of response from me, rather that judging me without any thought, thanx. you are prolly more of the brighter people on this site.

you totally missed my point.
To simplify,
after my summer in Kelowna I no longer support giving money to homeless under any circumstances. nor do i care if you earn your money or not... look at this from the bum's perspective. He sees a punk with a brand new car... hmmn brand new car he smells money... he wants a piece... He really needs his fix tonight so he's going to try and get in your way... you spit on him... and unless he's used to being spit on, what you did probably affected him on quite a deep level...
Yes, most homeless make poor decisions to land them where they are at... many homeless continue to make bad decisions and continue to stay there. is that a reason to spit on him, though? A simple "leave me/us alone please." or even a "f*ck off" would've been less disrespectful and less harmful.
I'm not judging you for what you did. All I can hope for is that you rethink such an action next time you're faced with a situation.

Brill, his car had nothing to do with it. From what i recall of the story, he was leaving a club, hence the bum would have no idea what type of vehicle he was driving. I personally hate disrespectful bums that act like they deserve a percentage of your hard earned money. Those that ask politely, and then accept your answer whether your refuse them or accomodate them aren't as much of a problem with me. Also, if a bum was following me for a block, i'd feel a bit threatened and may not act like i normally would in a different situation. Honestly, in my opinion, there ARE jobs to be had in this economy and there IS welfare. If they're too lazy to look for a means of financial support themselves and NEEDLESSLY put themselves in a situation where they are a parasite to society, they lose a lot of respect in my eyes. That MAY be a it of a utopic way of looking at it, but come on, the job market is certainly NOT saturated. Everywhere i look there are "Now Hiring" signs. If he can make better money with his parasitic lifestyle, he should accept the job environment that he's working in. Of course that doesn't mean people have license to spit on them, but panhandling certainly isn't one of the most respected industries...

i never said what i did was right. alot of things people do aren't right... like following me up the street and being up in my face. i don't care if he was a panhandler or the richest guy in the world.. if you follow me up the street and get in my face, ESPECIALLY when i'm in a horrible mood to begin with and i'm somewhat intoxicated, i'm either gonna knock you out or well.. in this case.. spit at yah.
so enough about this.. i did it in a moment of anger and frustration. better than running him over in my car or permenantly disabling him.
