mmmmhhhhmmmm what a sense of pride there is here in Canada now that we won this gold medal thing in BOTH mens & womens!

I saw a pic of Toronto's Young Street (busiest street in Canada) during the game and it was next to deserted while the game was on... All Canadians who could seemed to take time out of their day to watch this game. I'm not much of a hockey fan myself, but I watched most of the last period just because I wanted to see it happen. I'm proud to be Canadian, it's a great country we live in... now if only we could get rid of Jean Cretien, we might actually get somewhere... oh well [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

you should of seen the streets here in TO, it was crazy right after they won... cars couldnt even move an inch, everybody was out screaming CANADA!!
