Well, Asianpride and I got the gauges off, now if some kind soul would like to assist us in giving me an example of speed vs. RPMs in whatever gear so i can get my speedo set. I'm sure Asianpride wouldn't mind too. I have an Si 5sp (so an Si owner could help me out, as we have a different final drive), and Asianpride has an LX 5spd.

Rep Power: 0 I hope this is not too late. I found that if you place the tac and speedo needles pointing directly downwards and into place, just rotate the needle back onto the needle setter (pin that it sits on in the rest position) using the shortest distance (clockwise) the guages will be as accurate as they were before you removed the needles.
IE. go from | to / clockwise.

Rep Power: 0 That one I just set at it's rest position before turning the car on. It's a "limited" needle so it doesn't go any further than the rest position. Just make sure it's sitting the furthest down to C (cold) as possible.
Now the gas was a biatch. I had to go fill the tank to MAX. and set the needle with the car on to the needles "max limited" position (of course that's F). Else the fuel guage would always be off by either +/- a quarter tank or so.

Rep Power: 0 Well Nitehawk....my temp is the same as yours....so you can look at mine....I got all my guages perfect now...well I think my gas might be a lil off Who knows....but....All I know is that...my rpmz in 4th gear at 60km/h were at 2000rpm and 1 notch....so I put my RPMZ at that measurement...then well hit cruise control and adjusted my spedo right to 60.....But our cars have dif ratios...sooo I think you may be SOL....but...CB....suggestions...sounds right..but I did that...and my guages were still a lil off.... BUT we get to do it all over again...when the bluer....gelz come in....(cuz there out for stock) looks like some 2k1erz got there first... So......don't worry about it tooo much...cuz my aquamarine blue is ok for now....can't wait for purple J/K....although...that would look pretty wicked.....ANY VOTES...FOR PURPLE GUAGES???? OR IS THAT A hahaha....

Rep Power: 0 Note: Sometimes the added gels lift the faces uo a bit, so u don't want to push the needles all the way down, this will cause some friction between the needle and the face resulting in your readings to become somewhat off or have a chance of sticking. LOL got mine stuck at 4500rpm initialy until I realized that was the problem.
