Map light not activating with door open

Map light not activating with door open
Need help with a 2021 Honda Civic LX Sedan;
1) Map light does not come on when drivers door is opened but did originally. All other doors do not operate the map light when opened as well.
2) Map light panel does not have the ON-DOOR-OFF sliding switch. Individual map lights will work when pushed on. Map light panel appears to have a sensor with a small hole in it.
3) All door switches appear ok.
4) Interior light dimmer setting at 15 seconds but no further settings found for door opening.

It's normal. If you would like them to come on with the dome light, you have to run a wire across the headliner.
