door ajar light??

door ajar light??
the gauge light wont light up anymore telling me when my door is open,,,,,so my door could like fly open while im driving...lol....not sure if my passenger side does it, but my dome light still works when i open my door . has anyone had this problem? and what do i need to do to fix it? is my light just burnt out in my gauge cluster?? need help thanks

Yep. Just a bulb. Only the critical warning lights are LED's.

Strange. I don't have a light on mine for door open (only trunk).

Correct, it IS for the trunk. I thought that was the light she meant.
It's true, the older hondas had door ajar lights as well.

i have a 2002 si coupe (usa ex) and i don't have the door ajar light. only indicator is the doom light.

lol, it seems like Honda is losing some warning systems... I was wondering why I haven't seen anything like that.

well im crazy,,,my car doesn't have a door ajar light,,,,,i used to have a 95 civic, maybe it did........just trunk light here,,,

LOL, 7thgens dont have a door indicator light. It was funny cuz when i dropped my friend off he forgot to close the rear door and i backed up and saw the door open......haha

i just hate the fact that our civics dont have a "open door indicator" havent seen a car w/o that light....grrrrrrr

2002 Honda Civic EX : I have no door ajar light. I have a trunk open light. It does seem to be miss on their part, IMHO.
