My car: 2019 Honda Civic VIN: SHHFK7H68KU409176 Vehicle Style: HATCHBACK 4-DR
I need this part the metal plate part only.

So.. the engine splash shield (e.g. the metal skid plate you remove for oil changes) isn't available on its own for purchase for non-Type R models. Weird, I know.
The part number you listed is for the Type R, but it is a direct fit, though some vents will be in different spots. Nevertheless, it'll fit.
For every other trim level/body style, you have to buy the whole plastic/metal combo or go with an aftermarket alternative which are usually more durable, but way more expensive: https://www.baddannlv.com/product-pa...pe-sport-sedan
