Unhappy Low Beam Headlights Issue

Hey, Everyone i asked this on reddit but it hasnt gotten traction yet.

My issue is my low beam light no longer work, I cannot figure out what the issue is exactly. About a year ago i began having issues where one of the headlights would not come on (these are LED non OEM lights, have tried switching them out still no luck), I popped the hood and began connecting and reconnecting the headlight sometimes banging the headlight and it would come back on. Forward to this year those same tricks no longer worked and now both my low beam lights do not come on, my high beam lights work fine. I searched and came up with either two causes.

Low Beam Headlights Blown Fuse
or Wiring Issue

Reason i do not think it is a wiring issue is because both headlights went out the same day when i was trying to reconnect the single one that was having issues, i swapped bulbs and reconnected them yet this time both did not turn on. Now my assumption is i blew a fuse. This is where im stuck, the fuse i believe i need to replace is Fuse Block B with amps reading (30,30,60,40,50,70), i cannot find this eact fuse block anywhere on amazon or hondapartsnow. The closest ive found was a fuse block A for a CV-R but one of the amps is off by 20, it reads (30,30,60,40,30,70). If anyone has some suggestions on where to find this fuse or if the fuse block amps need to be the same, your help is appreciated.

Also if you have any other suggestion on what the problem can be, that would be helpful too !

Thank You! (Images are of the Fuse Block B i believe i need to replace for the lowbeam lights
