2017 civic window problem

I have a 2017 Honda civic. The driver side rear window will roll down but won’t roll up from both the driver switch and the actual door switch. If I wait 20 minutes it’ll go up inch by inch every time I wait. Seeing as it rolls down fine make me think it’s not the motor. So is my best bet to look into the door switch if so which one would be the problem the driver door or the actual door switch.

thank you

The overload function is probably part of the motor itself, I don't have schematics to check. Is it getting pinched in the track or seal?

it doesn’t seem to be getting pinched I guess I never really looked. It seems to go down perfectly straight. And I can pull the window up by hand easily while someone else holds the up button on the switch
