Question 2003 passenger power window problem

Passenger window goes down, but won't go up. Neither door switch or driver's door switch will make window go up. All other windows work.
Have eliminated:
Is not the fuse. There is power to the motor.
Is not the switch. (put switch in driver passenger door and it worked fine)
Is not the motor or regulator. (replaced entire assembly and still only went down)
What's left?
Help!!
Thanks
