Updating 2018 Civic Software
Hey all,
I'm driving with the original firmware for my Honda Civic (Ver.1.F1A2.34). I would like to update it so that it's fresher and less buggy (audio especially).
I am connected to WiFi, and there is no System Update available anywhere in my system. I guess it's too old. I called my local dealer and was informed, "There's no such thing as firmware." 🙄 and "Software doesn't get updated."
Can anyone confirm that there's never been an update to the 2018 Honda Civic? Is there a way I can do this myself?

I was just curious if you ever got an answer to your inquiry (elsewhere perhaps?) ….Im having sorta the same issue, but with my 2016.
Says no update is available, when I connected to WiFi, but nothing has been updated (to my knowledge) since I got it — Plus the audio menu touch screen (which has always been laggy & buggy) has been acting super sketchy as of late, jumping screens & acting very erratic. Guy at dealer told me they update remotely if the car needs it?? (I don’t think he knew what he was talking about) ….
