Car Play Radio Won’t Power Up

Car Play Radio Won’t Power Up
We installed a used apple car play radio out of a wrecked civic. Ours is a 2016 LX. When installing the radio everything hooked up fine but would not power up. Did we get a bad radio or is there something else we need to change?
