I have a 2018 Honda Civic Touring 1.5 with 12 speaker system. The touch screen with navigation no button or *****. I’ve never miss volume ***** so much it’s a horrible radio. Anyways is the 2019 radio Different? I keep coming across a radio that seems to be stock in the 2019 Civic that has buttons for the the same features that mine has just touch screen. This damn radio is so frustrating. This radio ^ is the radio I’m curious about what model is it from and will it work in my 2018 Honda Civic Touring?
The photo you posted is from a 2019 touring. As for swapping, it's going to be a total pain in the ***; it won't be as simple as taking one out and putting another one in.
Are there no steering wheel controls (mostly asking in relation to volume)? Seems strange that it would be controlled exclusively by touch screen.
Actually, there was a dude that replaced just the tablet section on his pre-19 infotainment system with that of a 19+ volume **** one. I'll see if I can find that thread.
Their is Volume controls on the steering but beside that everything on the stock radio on my 2018 Touring is touch screen such a pain in the a$$. The radio is slow to be gain with then it being touch screen just adds to the frustration.
