What is this tube thing that is sticking out from passenger side?

What is this tube thing that is sticking out from passenger side?
I hit something on the road (dark and winding road) and swerved. The right side of my bumper is sticking out and the underside of my car (I believe it is the shield guard) came off along with this black tube. Can anyone help me identify what it is?

It’s a bit grainy, but it looks like a breather tube - maybe for the coolant overflow?
