i have a pic of the 99 civic one...but i have to see if i can get the 01 civic ...

fact is that if a person hasn't even seen them in person and if one thinks they are just painted black, then i'm sorry, you are incorrect
if these could be homemade...then everyone would have them and they wouldn't be so rare....
