leaving KW, saw a waterloo cruiser pulled over a yellow spec-v

i spotted many cops in richmond hill today...
once at Leslie and Major Mac in the afternoon...
there were many cars pulled over...not sure if it was an accident or whether they were ticketing ppl...

then coming back on bayview, saw the black police cruiser pulled a car to a sidestreet...
then like 200 m north, saw a white cruiser waiting to pounce on Church driveway...
drove to sunset beach, saw the black cruiser pull beside me going west on elgin mills...

went out again, and first lights on elgin mills, police cruiser...
turned back onto bayview...police cruiser...
passed major mac...police cruiser...
passed 16th...police cruiser

Probably still in effect, grand theft auto at 14th Ave and Kennedy Road, with the markham chopper and about 20 cruisers blocking and such, maybe the thief is out there still.
