what's the off-set??
it'll be the factor..
i've got about a 2" drop on the rear, same size tire, 32 offset and i can't fit a finger between the tire and fender..
a 45 offset would carry the tire inward i believe so you'll have more room..
a camber kit could **** ya up tho..carries the top of the tire outward

those 17's are going to look like 15's or 16's.
that particular rim already looks small with a 40 profile tire so they are going to look even smaller with a 45 profile.
i actually had brand new 17" ADR's for sale a few months back that looked similar to those rims for $1200 w/tires.

215 and 205 is only half a centimeter difference on each side..
tho if you have a 45 offset too then you might be okay..(as described below)
macro..ya, 45 is a better offset for civics..the tire is centered closer to the car
Can't see it being a problem. I have 17" rims with 205/40's on them. Lowered car by 1.4 inch and have not rubbed at all. This weekend i had myself and 3 big guys in the car. Total occupant weight around 850 lbs. Took a corner like a mad man and still no rub. In the winter, I have blizzak tires on stock rims. now that comes close, but still no rub.
Have no fear. Though I strongly recomend adjusting camber on at least the front tires. On 7th gen civics, should only cost around$120-150 with labour.
