how easy is it to remove the needles when you have the guage cluster open. i tried it today and it seemed like they would not come off, do they even come off?

i tried to take mine off when I did my AC's but they don't come off, unless there is a special tool. the guages actually slide ofer them, it doesn't look like it'll work but trust me it does

just pull it off... Don't squeeze too hard or else those suckas will fall apart! Happened to me already, but managed to put them back together...
