They may in fact be Brembo rotors but either drilling, slotting, or cross drilling was done by a third party, because brembo rotors come from the factory with only one or the other, NOT BOTH on the same rotor.

Well depends which third party modified it, because by drilling or slotting, it changes the intensional properties. Just get Brembo Blanks, they are good enough for civics.

i have a small suggestion. there's a guy on ebay selling APEX brake pads for $45 US
he got tonnes of pads for different application. i emailed him to find out the cost of shipping...etc and once i get more info i wil post here

Kinda dumb questions....

- From what I know, the front rotors are THICKER )than the rears)... Are front and rear rotors usually the same price? Are they interchangeable?

- I have an EL, so disc brakes on all 4 corners... Does it metter whether you have drums (Civics) in the back, versus discs?
