pushing car

when i drive, i push my car, i have an auto, but it usually shifts at 5 ir more rpm, i accelerate way too fast, and break way too fast, and speed (not dangerously) almost always.

anyways, what is good for my car, pushing it like that? or taking it easy, what will ruin the car, i dont wanna be hearting my baby

Braking too hard = Just damaging the brakes
Accelerating too hard = Just putting large amount of stress on your motor.

But Hondas were meant to be revved into the 5000 zone

Well I can relate. I had a problem with my civic, and it was to do with the brakes. I would get a bad grinding noise (as if the brake pads were completely gone). It was because I accelerated too fast, and then jammed on the brakes and then accelerated fast again. (Hot rodding it). It was because i liked sliding around corners, and it wrecked the brakes. Honda covered it under warranty (happened like 3 mths after i got it)
