Si or Si-G?

If you didn't have ABS than you probably think that your tires are not skidding.
Anyways this can get into a flame war, just like what octane to us (btw its 94!)

Just to let you know, my parents aren't giving me 1 cent for this car, or insurance, so I've been saving up for quite a while for this! And all my hard work has paid off
Anyhoo, I'm sure not matter what choice I make, ppl will support me here. Right?

its not so much a question about the ABS ... but more importantaly air conditioning. Without Si-G you dont get airconditioning ... and i believe the cost of airconditioning is more than the G package

if you're looking towards an Si. might as well get an Lx.
especially if you're looking towards to modding mostly everything on your own...
but if you like what comes with Si-g. then get it
IMO. the 10hp with vtec aint gonna make much of a difference, it all depends on how you look at it.
no vtec.. saves you that bit of gass. haha..
but honestly, IMO .... i think abs is useless. but it's a really good option for older drivers... ex. chinese - parents/grandparent drivers.

Yeah, I was thinking about the LX, because there is practically no big difference between the two, 'cept for the 127HP (12hp gain).
I'm considering getting a supercharger later on (well, if one comes out specifically for 7th gen civics), and all the other good stuff. So I dunno... well, I have about a bit more than a month to decide

but i would say drivers who like to slam on brakes should definitely buy an option with ABS.
experienced ... skilled... safe drivers will not need ABS.
i've had both abs and no abs on 7th gen civics.
i'd say save the money and not get the abs.
with my experience.. i learn not to slam on brakes no more. haha... one thing i definitely learn.. is that you cant beat traffic. i've known that but never really took it to consideration.
ppl who do not pay attention to traffic.... should get abs. but abs wont be your saviour.

Actually, i was saying doens't know how to use abs. lol. missed a word
With current ABS brakes, the computer automatically activates the ABS once you start skidding/sliding which allows you to steer away from the object you're going to hit.
Considering that Toronto snows every winter, getting ABS is definitely an advantage.
Doesn't matter if you're going fast or slow with ice on the road.
but $ is $ and if u're short, then just forget it and drive safer.

SWIFT - if you want something sporty, just wait and save up a bit more for a RSX. The insurance for both is not a big difference.
IMO, it looks better than the Civic.
If you just need a car to drive, get a new corolla. Great car.
In my opinion, a 2k3 Civic is not worth 27k.
