What's illegal in Ontario/Toronto?
Well, I have about $18000 now for my new car 
By the end of April, of all goes well, I should have around $21000 in my account.
Obviously when I get it, I'm gonna mod it up, cuz I'm CHINESE! hah, j/k :P
Anyway, what's illegal to mod, and what's safe to mod? Thanks!

just dont make it a riceracer...cuz thats illegal.....j/k =)
your question is too broad. if u encounter ******* cops then any mod is illegal in their eyes
but watch out for mufflers cuz it is the first thing attract cop's attention then bodykit is next because cops thing bodykit = street racer
then undergrow neons is next, dont turn them on when your car is in motion.
then make sure u dont slam your car too low and if your wheels touch the fenders when turning then u are screwed with a heavy fine ticket
i am going for sleeper look and never get harassed by cops. just my 3 cents

what do you mean turn off neon lights while in motion..................i've never heard that. Neons on the underbody are a go as long as the bulb isn't dirrectly visible. i'm a wrong?

you can't drive with them even if the bulb is not visible... no other lights than your headlights, taillights, foglights and other stock lights...
those neon license plates are illegal as well

thats true and its a pain in the butt taking them off during the winter...
its not that great if u lower ur car.. and drive with them on cuz u will crack them
also i heard the same thing u cant drive with them on when ur on da streets only in parking lots...
i thought this trend is gone though, i didnt know it was still alive!!!
