Who has photocopied ownership?
As the topic says, who keeps a photocopied ownership in the car instead of the real one?
I just got a ticket for having one (one sided too) and the cop gave me a ticket for that.
Anyway fighting it? I also read the traffic act and it does say ILLEGAL.
mmm

I thought with any of those tickets you can get for not having ownership / proof of insurance you could go to the police station / city hall within a day or two or something and prove you have it and they will dismiss the charges.... don't quote me on that.
Not sure about that. When I got my license plate renewed the first time, the person said that I have to have it in the car at all times. I did not know anything then. But I am not sure what you could do. I guess you could try what Pluto said.

he had no registration papers, cop just gave him a ticket for no registration...
anywayz, he set a court date, showed the judge he had the registration
papers and the charges were dropped....!
u can try that cuz it worked for my dad!
If u keep a photocopied ownership u would need to keep both sides the back and front because on the back of it their is a sticker that show if it is valid or not. u get that sticker everytime u renew ur licsence plate sticker.
i had the same thing... go to court and fight it... u'll probably get off... they just asked me if i had the actual ownership in the car now and i said yes (they wanted to see it) and that was that...
saved my *** $110

True, i noticed the sticker too but the real sticker is also on the license plate.
Most likely, i'm going to fight for it. I guess I have to go to court 2 times since they gave me a non-sense.. "didn't stop for a right turn on a red"

For sure I'm going to fight for the "fail to stop on a red for a right turn"..
1) I was following a school bus... He made the turn on the red and then I stopped.
Looked at both lights, both were red. Put into first and then went.
I remember so clearly because my car doesn't let u go into 1st gear if it's do not fully stopped. It's either 1 or start on 2 which grinds
