don't worry man, the snow can't damage your rims, it's the salt that does it and it can't do it in such a short period of time either. it takes months of exposure to damage your rims, one or two days won't do anything. if you want to be on the safe side, just rinse them with a pressure spray. i put my chrome rims on 3 weeks ago when there was still a bit of salt on the roads and it hasn't damaged the finish yet. of course i clean them every chance i get. heh.

did they salt the roads where you live? here in sauga i didn't notice any salt trucks today except one that was coming off the highway. i don't think they salted the roads on dixe and hurontario. i didn't notice any salt when i drove by there after work.

I use alloy wheels for winter and I wash my car once a week to clean off the salt on my car ...
The wheels finish did not affect by the salt exept I curbed almost all of them ...

Well, the snow is gone...and here I am having had to stay an extra 1.5h at work because of how late I was. Two gripes:
1) Ontario drivers can't drive (stupid!)
2) mother nature is a scumsucking wh0r3 and I want to bitchsmack her into the next ice age.
