is that for 2001 or 2002. I called honda and they had 2 different part numbers for the coupe and sedan headlights. I think I just need to get the sockets for the coupe?

When I tried to put them on the corner lightbulb sockets just didn't fit. I'm getting the coupe sockets this weekend and give it another try. Again, thanks for all the help.

sedans and coupes have the same STYLE lights, same FITTING lights
its just sedans dont' have the metal clips and the sealant is different...VERY different in fact....

the sockets should fit....the bulbs are the same!

trust me, after doing so many headlights, i know!

Agreed. And after doing several dozen this summer, while they're about the same level of (non) difficulty to open, getting them to close proper is another thing....with coupe lights, they close right up and chance of condensation is next to nil. With sedan, I have had to reseal a few sets...it's just the fact that the amount of sealant on the sedans means that if you don't thoroughly reheat it may not soften enough to re-adhere the two halves together.....OK I'm rambling...man I'm hungry.

the sockets are different. the sedan has bigger sockets. although the bulbs are the same, the sockets are different sizes. the diffuser inside is also different on them. but if u get the right sockets, everything fits perfectly.

Guys-

Check out this site and you can compare the difference. All, the bulbs are the same, it's just the sockets for the turn signal and running light have different part numbers, meaning they are different. I called Honda also and they told me they are different and the prices were double the cost off this website. Check um out.
