ohhhhhhhhhhh my f*****g god!!!!!!!! i am soooooooooooooo pissed!!!! I drive to school this morning with my sister and parked at the back of the school.... VP comes out and i know he's gonna kick me out cuz im not allowd to park at the back... so i told my sis to get out and i'll park it at the mall... at thesame time, this cop car comes in the parking lot... i ignore him and went on my way... i was looking at my rear view and i see the vp and the cop talking... i also saw him make a gesture towards my car... soo i knew sumthing was going on... once i exited the school prperty, the cop pulls me over.... i was like WTF???????? to make a long story short... guy gave me a ticket for excessive noise for my muffler.. (3rd muffler ticket in one year) i f*****g argue with him, and he said if i continue he would take my car away... soo i left... went back to school and straight to the office... i f*****g cussed at the VP and showed him my ticket... I told him... wut the f**k is this huh??????? i just saw u make a gesture to the cop regarding my car!!!!!!!... i used every curse word at him and still didnt get me in trouble... why u ask?? cuz hes f*****g guilty!!!!!!!! bizatch!!!!! anywhoo..

just had to vent...

and just to let u know... my muffler is as stock as possible... I have the magnaflow muffler (OEM style with tip and still tcikets me) barely makes a sound... just looking for lil things to charge me...[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-nono.gif[/IMG]

you should of ask for his badge number and then drive to the closest policestation. file a complaint about your muffler is not making acessive noise. get one of the cop from the station to hear it and listen to it and take his name for reference for it in court.

what!?!??! They can't give you a ticket for that. Fight the ticket yo, cops can't pull you over for the noise. Trust me. My friend got pulled over ih his jetta for having a "noisy muffler". We went to court and fought. We were told that we can't get a ticket for that so the infraction was nulled. FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!!!
