OT: question on lowering ur car~

okie guys... im using H&R sport spring for my car...but still...its high like a jeep... and i cant afford another H&R race spring...since need to save up the money for other stuff.. and i know 1028 cut his race spring...just wondering ... is that dangerous...or will it damage ur car??? [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG] pls answer my question thank u~

too expensive ar... for coil over... i mean if i just cut my spring now..only $100 .. but another set of sprinG NO $$$

you cant trust ppl/performance shops cutting them.... whether you konw them or not.
one spring may be like an .5cm or mm shorter then rest when they cut them... adn that is not good.

...hmmm, is your springs for 7thgen civic? .. i'll buy them.

you should of sold me those fog lights instead of giving them away...

It's possible but it's not worth it... Because there is all kinds of calculation going into making a spring! Materials+Lenght+Coil shape= your spring. If you look at your spring you'll see that some coils aree tighter than others. If you cut one or all of these the car will not sit right. The stance and performance will be all messed up!! Plus it's not worth the time and money to be installing and reinstaling the spring with the amount of problems you WILL encounter. Good luck
